All clamps are 304 stainless steel, but are also available in 316L stainless steel, making them perfectly suited for any FDA or Biotech application. Clamps are made to use with a sanitary gasket to connect two tri-clamp fittings. Each clamp size is rated to a specific maximum operating pressure.

The 0.5-inch and 1.5-inch clamps are capable of fitting multiple pipe sizes. This is because the tube outer diameter (tube O.D.) for 0.5-inch tri-clamp fittings is the same for 0.75-inch tri-clamp fittings and the outer diameter of 1.5-inch tri-clamp fittings is the same as the 1.0-inch tri-clamp fittings.
