Micro-Media Depth Filter Sheets

These Depth Filter Sheets are a part of ErtelAlsop’s Micro-Media series depth filter media. The sheets come in size 40cm x 40cm or 20cm x 20cm and are formulated with cellulose media, wet strength resin and a filter aid (Diatomaceous Earth or Perlite). This media is specifically designed for critical applications.

By combining cellulose pulp, a filter aid and a wet strength resin, the media exhibits a net positive charge zeta potential. This makes the filter sheets highly efficient at removing particles smaller than the filter’s nominal micron rating.

These filter sheets are designed to be used with a 40 x 40 cm or 20 x 20 cm plate and frame filter press.
