Tri-Clamp to Hose Barb Adapter - 1/2"

The Tri-Clamp to Hose Barb Adapter allows the joining of fluid transfer tubing to a tri-clamp piping assembly that meets sanitary standards. These sanitary adapters are commonly used to facilitate venting of air or draining of fluid from sanitary process equipment.

These are installed by joining the tri-clamp end to the process piping with a tri-clamp compatible hinge clamp and sanitary gasket. Tubing is then installed on the hose barb end of the adapter. When used for venting or draining, an appropriately sized tri-clamp ball valve must be used to allow for control of the flow.
